MONTY
Monty grew up in a family of accountants, making the field a natural fit for him. He has 28 years of experience in accounting. As President and CEO of MontPac, Monty helps CPA firms grow by providing bookkeeping support. With MontPac taking on that function, CPA firms are able to spend more time on the things that matter most -- their core expertise, relationship development, and higher margin activities.

MONTY
Vicky joined MontPac in 2008 and worked her way up until she became the Chief Financial Officer of the company. As the CFO, Vicky is in charge of the overall strategic financial management of MontPac. She lends her CFO capabilities when she wears her SVP role for a select group of clients with the objective of improving profitability and overall financial health of each. Vicky’s previous stints with global companies such as Ernst & Young Bermuda, PriceWaterhouse Coopers and QBE Insurance (Phils) Inc. have provided her with keen insights and experience in international financial management systems.
VICKY
Mauee graduated Magna Cum Laude in BA Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining MontPac, Mauee worked with the Philippine affiliate of Ernst & Young. In 2012, she moved to MontPac as a Senior Associate and has moved up the corporate ladder until she became the VP for client services. Currently, she is responsible with overseeing MontPac’s accounting operations and managing all clients from different industries.

JONA
Jona started at MontPac in 2015 as a senior associate and has since advanced to team leader. As a mom of an 8-year old, Jona relates parenting to being a team leader. They both require a lot of patience, discipline, and love -- patience in figuring out complex accounting issues, the discipline to hold her team members accountable when corrections are needed, and love for her work which makes it easy to do. And as with parenthood, the most rewarding part of being a team leader at MontPac is seeing her team and clients grow with her guidance.
JANINE
Janine has very high standards for herself and others. The reason for these high standards is that in order to attend college, she needed to maintain top grades to keep her scholarships. As a result, she graduated Magna Cum Laude, passed her CPA board exam, and became one of the youngest team leaders at MontPac. Janine is loved at MontPac for her outgoing and gregarious personality.
JOSEPH
As a kid, Joseph would get frustrated every time the computer crashed in the middle of a game he was playing, which prompted him to think of all the ways to fix it himself. From then on, Joseph’s fascination with computers grew. He would watch technicians repair and assemble computers, do it on his own, and get excited whenever he found a solution to hardware or software problems. That’s when he knew he would pursue a career in Information Technology (IT). Fast forward to almost 20 years later, Joseph is now AVP of IT at MontPac. He and his team ensure a smooth and efficient workflow for clients. His 10 years of professional experience plus his personal passion for computers make him the IT guy that everyone trusts and relies on today.

How do I get started with MontPac?
Becoming a MontPac affiliate is easy. After signing an agreement with us, these are our next steps to get up and running:
Meeting your team
You will be assigned to a team of experienced accountants who will perform various accounting tasks for your clients, from simple processing to the complex reports and reconciliations.
Account and systems setup
MontPac will set up and work with the systems and software used by your clients to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Kick-off call
We will discuss with you the implementation process in more detail, get an understanding of your clients’ accounting processes, and agree on expectations and timelines.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Finally, we will send over a work order arrangement for every client that you will assign to us. Then, we will start doing the agreed-upon accounting work for your clients, from cleanup work, fine-tuning existing procedures to taking over regular accounting tasks. On a monthly basis, we will close the books and submit the monthly financial package.
