MONTY
Monty grew up in a family of accountants, making the field a natural fit for him. He has 28 years of experience in accounting. As President and CEO of MontPac, Monty helps CPA firms grow by providing bookkeeping support. With MontPac taking on that function, CPA firms are able to spend more time on the things that matter most -- their core expertise, relationship development, and higher margin activities.

How do I get started with MontPac?
Becoming a MontPac affiliate is easy. After signing an agreement with us, these are our next steps to get up and running:
Meeting your team
You will be assigned to a team of experienced accountants who will perform various accounting tasks for your clients, from simple processing to the complex reports and reconciliations.
Account and systems setup
MontPac will set up and work with the systems and software used by your clients to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Kick-off call
We will discuss with you the implementation process in more detail, get an understanding of your clients’ accounting processes, and agree on expectations and timelines.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Finally, we will send over a work order arrangement for every client that you will assign to us. Then, we will start doing the agreed-upon accounting work for your clients, from cleanup work, fine-tuning existing procedures to taking over regular accounting tasks. On a monthly basis, we will close the books and submit the monthly financial package.
